When we as women consider going natural, we often feel that we won’t be able to compete with the sleek, ‘it girl’ look. We believe that natural hair makes us ‘unpretty.’ I believe that one of the main reasons we don’t see natural hair as lovely and beautiful is because the media doesn’t portray it […]
Absolute toughest week for me. You ladies look so stunning! The head pieces look amazing, you all look so natural and genuinely happy! I really feel the Valentine vibe radiating through you!
Love is indeed in the air! First of all let me say that I commend you ladies, for the effort, and the work you are putting into this competition. I was in your shoes, and as the runner of last year, it was not easy! So I do feel your pain. However, you all pull […]

It’s Valentine Time! and I don’t think going-natural has ever had a better update. Shooting with Yendys, my hairstyles and her husband Steve was incredibly fun. Whoever thought that Black Love was in crises need to see the pictures. What you see is real.
We can do endless styles with natural hair but we keep it safe until we get bored. So try spicing up your relationship by taking your napps to the next level. Better yet make it a tradition to surprise your Valentine with a style that keeps him wondering.
