The first time I shot this colorful diva was in 2005 at the BAM Dance Africa Festival. When I saw her again in 2009 I told her that she was part of my exhibition. She laughed and said: “I am a diva.”

The first time I shot this colorful diva was in 2005 at the BAM Dance Africa Festival. When I saw her again in 2009 I told her that she was part of my exhibition. She laughed and said: “I am a diva. Everywhere I go people want to take pictures of me”. So naturally I took her photo again and call this portrait the Spiky Style Diva. What title would you give this hairstyle or how would you describe it?
