Let the good times roll! It’s Mardi Gras season and I’ve got to look fresh! That’s why I’m so glad  about this challenge… I got to test out Karen’s Body Beautiful Conditioning Shampoo… and model it around down town New Orleans!

This Tuesday is  Mardi Gras day and being from the south it is a big part of our culture. So I went across the river (the Mississippi that is) to visit a friend of mine from the art school. I was worried about this challenge because I wasn’t sure I would have the time to complete it, but I think it all worked out great! I took all of these photos in my friend’s fab downtown New Orleans apartment… 

This morning I woke up and washed my hair so it would be extra fabulous (just to get all smelly and dirty at the parades and the clubs!) I normally wash my hair with Creme of Nature Shampoo because I love how moisturizing it is but let me tell you: Karen’s Body Beautiful is a stiff competitor! My hair felt like it didn’t even need to be conditioned after I used it! It was so very soft! I wasn’t too happy with the smell because I prefer strong but good smelling hair products… it was very light and natural smelling… plus all the ingredients checked out… I am very excited to add this product to my regimine and I would definitely recommend this product to other naturals!
