Crown of Locs is choosen once more for a New York Exibition. This time out of 1,900 submissions! Here is a copy of the letter:

Thank you for taking part in Curate NYC 2013 – the project has been a huge success and that wouldn’t have been possible without you.

We’re excited to now tell you that from 1,900 submissions, your entry has been selected for online exhibition by guest curator Kate Feirtag, Exhibition Director, Museum of American Illustration at the Society of Illustrators. This peice was also chosen for the Gordon Parks exhibiton in 2012 by African Voices and Savae Brooklyn. It was one of the main pieces.
