GLYCERIN
There are so many things vegetable glycerin can do, I’m learning new things as I contunie on my journey. I have made up some great spritzers that work well for my hair to give it moisture as well as softness. I also found out that this amazing product works well on your face and body as well, where every you may need added smoothness.
Spritzes
distilled water 10-ounces in a spray bottle
add any essential oil of your choice (i like peppermint, tea tree, and lemongrass) about 3 drops
1 tablespoon of vegetable glycerin(can get at trader joes, whole foods, health store)
This is what i use to refresh my coily curls in the morning
Also another great spritz is in the Going Natural Book by Mireille Liong-A-Kong great book I brought this book when I began part of my journey.
Moisturizing Spritz (found on page 45 in book)
1teaspoon of aloe vera juice

In the book she explains to bring water to a boil and let simmer for 1 hour to get rid of impurities. Add all ingredients above stir and let steep until mixture cools. Than pour into spray bottle and use it as a daily moisturizer to style and keep your hairstyle refreshed… I must so this works Great!
