I wanted to give you a front view of the hairstyle, it is braided in the front and twistouts in the back. I liked this heart because of the statement which is Generation Generousity. Why I like this statement because yes it is time for everyone to be nicer, more loving, and more generous. But I do not love lawyers, lol.

I decided to wear red and white for my Valentine’s Day Shoot. I also decided to show everyone my wonderful sign on my shirt, so you can see if we have something in common. My favorite spot in Chicago is Millennium Park, which is a great place for couples to go ice skating on Valentine’s Day. The Bean is a wonderful attraction, you are sure to catch more than one photographer at the Bean taking pictures.
Chicago is also getting into the spirit of Valentine’s Day. On our Magnificent Mile, which is Michigan Avenue, there are hearts place on the streets of Michigan Avenue.
This February, 100 giant hearts are “blooming” on The Magnificent Mile as part of Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute’s “Hearts a Bluhm” campaign. Each heart is uniquely decorated by Columbia College Chicago students, staff and alumni, as well as various artists. There are even hearts signed by Blackhawks and Cubs players!
“Hearts a Bluhm” was created to generate widespread awareness of the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death in America. The exhibit will “bloom” up and down North Michigan Avenue in February during National Heart Month. Each giant heart will be accompanied by a heart-health education tip.
This heart is placed in front of the NBC building.
Here you can get a better view of the twistout from the back. I really liked this heart because it matches my colors perfectly. This heart is placed in front of the Wrigley Building. Sorry I didn’t give you a full view of the heart.
Once again my favorite spot in Millennium Park, which is the Bean. The Bean is a great place to take pictures, you can get some cool reflection shots.
Now to achieve a different curly effect, I put perm rods on the ends of the twists. The next day you should carefully separate the twists into at least three sections. Unfornately I do not have a picture of me taking the twists apart.
Okay this is how your hair should look after you have put two strand twists throughout your whole head. My twists vary from big to small, you can never tell after you separate them. For good results, you should leave the twists in overnight.
Now you can start to part the sections into smaller sections, to create the two strand twists. So basically just start to two strand twist your hair. I usually but bigger twists in the back, because they will not be seen that much. Once again I do not use a comb to part the hair for the two strand twist, it slows the process down for me.
Saturate each section with the Going-Natural Curly Hair Milk. I actually applied a lot to my hair, but it is very hard to tell in the photo.
Start with freshly shampooed hair, clean hair is always the best. First you part your hair, you should start with the back, because it is faster to work from the back to the front. I do not use a comb to part my hair, because it slow the process down to me. My hair was washed the night before, so I spray the sections with water.
