I was on the bus heading home listening to music on my Zune…(its slightly outdated but who cares)…and was interrupted with a tap on my shoulder. It was 2 girls I never met before complimenting me on my hair. That day was the first time I twisted all my hair in two strand twist, each about a finger thick. I have thick hair so I had a ton of twist. Anyways, I didn’t realize how fascinating this do was until they asked me what I do to keep it from coming out at the ends and that it was sooo nice. One girl had foe-locks, she used yarn in her hair to make locks and over time it looked real. And the other girl just had a mini fro’ because she was tired of doing her hair. My technique is use shea butter to condition and twist my hair and use bees wax on the ends to seal them. Over time I can keep this do for a week…because I get dandruff bad. I generally wash my hair every week…any advice on keeping up this do for 2 weeks and preventing dandruff build up???
