What do you like about modeling and are there any aspects that you don’t like about it?
I’ve always liked modeling because of all the doors it can open for you and the many different opportunities you normally wouldn’t have. What I don’t like about it is the picky side behind it. I understand that people want certain looks but I believe everyone has something special about them which can be useful and shouldn’t be turned away.
What makes you special as a model?
As a model I always try to give my best and be as diverse as possible. I believe it’s best to be a better contributor than go against the grain all the time.
What are your strongest features, and what do you bring that others can’t?
I’m open-minded. I have a good personality and I bring it out with me and let it show.
Why do you choose to wear your hair the way you do?
I’ve done the braids and fades, haircuts every few weeks but dreads is what really fits me as a person and compliments what makes me the person I am.
What does your hair mean to you?
My hair is what makes me unique… as it should with everybody.
Is it just an accessory that compliments your personality and style or is it deeper than that?
It does compliment my personality and style but it also allows me to be creative with my look. I’ve had dreads for about 6 years now and it is already a part of me.

Would you ever shave your hair or perm it for a gig?
No, I wouldn’t shave my hair or perm it for a gig. I love my hair the way it is and it being in its natural state. Gigs come and go and if they don’t want me, they can just grab the next guy in line, but if I cut off my hair, it’ll take long to grow back to the dreads I’ve been growing for years.
How important is a woman’s hair to you? It is very important.
Does a weave, relaxed hair or a natural head bother you or do you have a preference for either of these styles?
None of the above bothers me, but I would prefer it being natural. I believe that a woman looks greatest when you can see them in their natural state and beauty instead of those weaved and chemically treated hairstyles.

Have you ever been stereotyped? Yes.
Do you think black hair is an issue? Why or why not? No. Black is beautiful.
What is your goal as a model?
To be successful in this business and to get the most out of it as I possibly can. I aim to reach my best potential and go places.
Last word? Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this, God bless.
