I am so happy that I found this website. Most of the sites I found were not really what I have been looking for. I have been relaxed free for four months. During the first months I just didnt get a relaxer. I was not aware that I was going to take the journey to become natural. I had been wanting to for the longest but my mother kept scaring me about cutting my hair.  After I lost my second daughter my mother had cut all her hair off. But she did a chemical curl and thats just not what I am looking for. It has been almost a year since I lost my sweet child on October 31. But I feel like this journey will help me to love my natural state. The rest of the four months I had been wearing mico braids. But the woman who did my hair were not the best at protecting my hair. They used alot of bad products on my hair plus did this crazy knot thing. So know I am wearing my hair in a bun. Conditioning it and using the right kind of products for natural hair. I am really into this Uncle Funky’s Daughter. Had used Carol’s Daugher before but didnt get the same results. The products are a little high but I only buy a new product every one to two weeks. Just will keep posting my progress wish me luck.
