Hi Going Natural Fam!

Today was a busy one but I’m not complaining! I feel totally blessed to be able to chronicle my journey with all of you. I just finished a follow up article for the N & O on winning the contest. I also work full time, have 2 kiddies and a hubby! Sooooo, needless to say my life, like many of yours can get a little hectic, but of course God will not put more on your plate than you can handle. After having a full on heart attack a week after the birth of my son almost 3 years ago at age 33,…..sorry, but nothing is gonna stop me! The strength I have in me after all I have endured regarding my health is my shield against adversity, bad days, drama and the list goes on. When your nurse asks your spouse “Does she have life insurance?” everything is put into perspective! Please take a moment to love the life you’re in, cherish the life you’re in…….because you are here. Peace and blessings.
