1. Wash Hair
As most styling goes, start with your hair freshly washed and damp but not dripping wet. Hair was washed with Going-Natural’s organic Almond Herbal ShampooTM. To guarantee a frizz-free result, make sure your hair is coated with a good amount of leave in conditioner. My choice was Going Naturals’ No More Knots Detangling SprayTM of course. The hair already becomes softer and easy to part.

2. Prep & Detangle Hair
Pin hair up with a hair clip/snag-less hair tie and create a horizontal part with the pointed end of a thin comb at the back of the head near the nape. This row left out will be the section you’ll work on. To this, combine Going-Natural’s Silky Shea ButterTM and Herbal Styling GelTM to the hair and especially work in on the ends to hydrate and prevent fly-aways. Going-Natural’s Afro Curling CrèmeTM is a mixture of these two products that creates gorgeous definition and will soon be available to the public.
Running a detangling brush through the damp hair distributes the product and separates the hair into workable sections for small curls. A hot selling detangling product called theminimal pulling and reduced shrinkage. The result is sleek smooth hair with great definition. The Tangle Teezer is best ordered online.

3. Create the Doodle
From the newly detangled horizontal section just created, take a small weft of hair and twist it around your finger. Hold it there for a few seconds.

4. The Doodle
What you’ve created is a small curl otherwise known as a doodle. Once the hair is fully dry, each doodle will look like this. There will be no added fuzz, puffiness or splitting. Beautiful curls are literally at your fingertips!

Continue taking each remaining curl section and twirling each around your finger and creating horizontal parts to the rest of the remaining hair. Let hair air dry and resist the urge to speed up the process by blow-drying (this would create frizz and of course also harm your hair). The result is a head full of shinny, detangled, sleek, defined, ringlets. Congratulations, you’ve got Doodles!

The versatility of the doodle lets even those with long flowing natural hair create styles of different lengths. Natural hair doesn’t have to be one type of curl with one length. Have medium waves one day and cute ringlets the next. Afro Curling CrèmeTM means versatility.

What I enjoy the most about the Afro Curling CrèmeTM is that it prevents a bad hair day from happening by allowing you to even turn shrinkage and puffiness into tight shiny, healthy-looking, defined curls.

Curly ringlets are a great alternative to the twist out and are lovely for formal occasions. Afro Curling CrèmeTM provides extra enhancement of sleekness and shine.

I love my fresh, defined and manageable curls produced by Afro Curling CrèmeTM. The upkeep is near effortless and the results are fabulous.

The doodle style is excellent for shorter hair. Not everyone has long hair and that’s fine, natural hair comes in all lengths and textures. With this style, you can embrace your short hair and wear curls just as beautiful as those with longer hair lengths with the help of Afro Curling CrèmeTM.
