Easy to make. Great for your hair
The avocado fruit has origins in Southern Mexico, Central, and South America. This pear-shaped fruit has been pegged, “the world’s most complete food” as it is packed with essential vitamins such as A, B6, and C.
Avocado fruit is also a rich in magnesium, potassium, copper, folate, iron, and oleic acid.
The nutrients found in the avocado fruit combined with the high levels of monosaturated fat (the good fat) doesn’t just make avocados healthy for the body; this super-food is an excellent conditioner for natural hair. Moisturizing Avocado Conditioner
• 1 large avocado (peeled and pitted)
• olive oil
• 3 tbsp plain yogurt
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend them until they’re smooth. Work the mixture into the entire length of the hair and scalp. Put a plastic cap on your head and let the avocado conditioner sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse the mixture out of your hair with warm water and then shampoo.
The avocado conditioning mixture will restore moisture and give impeccable shine to dry, brittle hair. With continual use, the moisturizing avocado conditioner will strengthen and stimulate hair growth.
