I went natural for the 2nd time December 2010, I big chopped because it was a change of life for me.

What was the hardest part of your journey?
I must say I have no complaints I’m enjoying my hair

Looking back, has your perception of your hair or black hair in general changed? Please elaborate.
Yes all curls are different but with the right styling products and technique all curls are beautiful!

Most girls loved their first perm. Do you remember yours? Was it a special occassion, how old were you and how did you feel about it?
Yes, I was about 10 and of course back then if you didn’t have straight hair it was like there wasn’t any beauty on “nappy hair”
