These passed two weeks have been just crazy busy. Not only was there Heads Up, a celebration that no one who ever cared the slightest bit about their strands would want to miss, I was also privileged to do a bridal shoot with models who graciously brought out the beauty of their dresses, hairstyles and headpieces.

For this new Bridal season the ladies behind respectively Cassandra Bromfield, Khamit Kinks and Beauloni Style came together. Heads Up Hairitage was more than just a hair event. It was a historic gathering that celebrated the history of our roots since the beginning of times till today’s date. I like to thank each and every one of you who could make it to the Heads Up celebration and helped making the event as successful. I am humbled by your heartfelt responses and inspired to continue this wonderful journey of celebrating our nappy roots.
