Phoenix Fire is a graphic designer, artist sometimes painter with long beautiful dreadlocks that are adorned with jewelry. Dressed in beautiful colors at the African Festival at Comedore Barry Park, she was hard to miss so I asked her if she wanted to share her hair story.
