It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye!

Greetings to all! I first want to say a heartfelt thank you! America’s Next Natural Model contest has been one of the most rewarding, challenging, and exciting moments of my life. It hasn’t always been easy, and sometimes it has been downright frustrating; but overall it will be moment I will cherish and remember forever. Just having the opportunity to be alongside some of the most beautiful natural women has been a treat in itself. Each individual brought something of importance to the contest, with their own unique characteristics, style, and individual beauty. No matter who wins this contest, we are all Napptural beauties.  We must wear our hair with pride with our heads held high; this is what is most important. The year 2010 is upon us, and after such a dismal year where we lost legends, a horrific economy, and living in a Great Depression I am looking forward to what the New Year will bring. I am full of hope and positivity. This contest was just the tip of the iceberg for me. I look forward to my novel being introduced to the world in the summer of 2010, as well as the growth of my loc website, On the Road to Queendom. I pray that people will find peace, and joy in 2010.
