Munya: Your hair looks amazing this week. Your shots lacked variety for me, they all show a similar three quarter profile. In next week’s shoot, if you do a three quarter profile again, try doing it without tilting your head up or down. it will look more flattering, more “model-y” and less amateur.

Ebony: I just love you! BUT, this week your pictures could have been more to the brief. Whereas the other girls shot more with the products and incorporated them, you chose not to. Although you look great in all your shots, none of them look like a “campaign”!

Natural hairstylesMuyenga: The camera loves you. It looks easy for you. I think picture 4 can be used in a campaign but having said that I think you don’t show enough variety in your shots.

Ebony: I know you didn’t receive the products but I don’t miss them at all: great shoot! Love the first picturrrreeeee. I want o use it in my campaign. I like your eyes, you make big hair more than beautiful, desirable. I think you are really good at head shots because every shot your eyes look different in the camera. And that is pretty hard. Good job!

Munya Magande – First off, let me say that I love your locs! I like the fact that you included the products in your pictures. Because you have locs, your look compliments the brand and message of the company.

Ebony Clark – Two words for your photos, Beautiful and Free! Pictures #1 and #3 really go with the vibe and theme of Jamaica Mango and Lime. They have a breezy, island feel to them.  Picture #5 gives a great example of the functionality of the product. The flat-twist updo looks awesome!

Nina Ellis-Hervey – You’re so creative! Not only did you include the products in your pictures, but you had fun with them. I love the fact that you mention that the products aren’t just for women, but also for men. Great job!

Challenge 3: Muynya
Woooowwww! I am impressed not only with your photos, but with your entire presentation. The product placement, color choice, background. Everything fits perfectly with what the client would like to promote with their products. You are a true, natural beauty. Showing your locs to their best advantage seems to come easily to you – they are tremendous (I am resisting the temptation to loc it up myself) and I like the attitude of quiet confidence you show to the camera. Beautiful job and the photography is excellent.

Challenge 3: Ebony
This is your best challenge yet. Your hair looks healthy and full of life which is what the client needs to see in order to sell their products. Your hair alone sells the product, and this is before we take a closer look at the composition of the photos. The lighting is excellent, the colors chosen really enhance your skin’s highlights. I can’t fault anything with this. Congratulations!
