Cornrows with a twisted forelock

Our model's half long natural hair is cornrowed from the back and the sides up to create a beautiful forelock of curled twists.

The sides are not symmetrically braided. Each side has a little different twist. The left side is cornrowed to the back,

while the right side is curved.

The ends of the cornrows are first twisted then braided together for the updo.  In the front the braided twists are taken out to create this crinkled twisty look.

Hair is adorned with cowries shells and a beautiful flower.
